Payments, refunds and cancellation

Effective 2 October 2026 · Direct website App purchases

The payment methods, total price, taxes and currency are shown before you order. Follow the payment instructions provided with your order. A pending transfer or payment instruction does not unlock downloads. No recurring charge applies unless a subscription and its billing terms are expressly presented and agreed.

We do not offer a discretionary change-of-mind refund once a module has been downloaded. This policy does not override statutory cancellation rights or remedies for faulty, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming digital content, duplicate charges or failure to supply.

Where UK consumer cancellation rules apply, you have 14 days after the day the contract is entered into to cancel, unless the right has lawfully ended. For digital supply during that period, we must first obtain your express consent to early supply and your acknowledgement that you lose the cancellation right when supply begins, and provide the required contract confirmation. A download alone, without the required steps, does not remove that right.

If digital content does not meet applicable legal requirements, you retain the remedies provided by law. These may include repair or replacement and, where the legal conditions are met, a price reduction up to the full price. Free support and the absence of an additional commercial warranty do not limit those remedies.

To cancel or request a refund, email support@corvusnexus.com with your order reference and a clear statement of your request. You do not need to give a reason when exercising a statutory cooling-off right. We will investigate reported defects, duplicate charges and delivery failures and provide the resolution and any refund required by law within the applicable statutory timescale.

You may use this cancellation form, but it is not compulsory:

I give notice that I cancel my contract for the following digital content:

Consumer name and address:

For complaints, use the same email address and explain the issue. We will investigate and explain our response. You do not waive bank/card dispute rights, statutory remedies or the right to bring a claim by contacting us or buying an App.

Professional services and project work

Before you pay for consultancy, implementation, development, migration or other project work, we will provide the agreed scope, price, payment stages, delivery milestones and cancellation arrangements. Changes to the scope or additional charges require agreement. Any refund for cancelled or undelivered work is assessed against that agreement and your statutory rights; the App download policy above does not remove rights relating to services.

Where UK consumer distance-contract cancellation rules apply to a service, you normally have 14 days after the day the contract is entered into to cancel. If you expressly ask us to start during that period and then cancel, we may charge only the proportionate amount permitted by law for work supplied. A service cancellation right ends on full performance only where all legally required requests, acknowledgements and information have been provided. Your rights concerning reasonable care and skill and other statutory remedies remain.

Hosting and recurring services

The service scope, billing period, renewal, cancellation, data return and any applicable refund arrangements are agreed before payment. Please give at least 15 days' notice before the renewal you wish to stop by emailing support@corvusnexus.com with your service reference. We will confirm the cancellation date under your agreed service terms. This notice requirement does not restrict a statutory cooling-off right or a remedy for a service we have failed to supply as required by law.

No recurring charge is authorised merely by submitting an enquiry. An App purchase does not include a hosting subscription unless expressly stated in the accepted order.

Getting your App download

After we confirm your order, sign in with the account used for the purchase and open Your purchased app downloads. Review your order's delivery choice and keep the contract confirmation. Access requires a fully paid invoice for the exact Odoo version purchased; a pending payment or transfer instruction does not unlock a download.

For supply before the cancellation period ends, separately request early supply and acknowledge that the cancellation right ends when supply begins. The required confirmation must also have been supplied: a queued or failed email is not enough. You can instead save the contract confirmation in the portal and confirm its receipt. Your rights for faulty or misdescribed content remain.

If you choose to wait, the portal shows the scheduled availability date after the applicable cancellation period. Save and acknowledge receipt of the cancellation information so that date can be fixed; where receipt is later than contract acceptance, we allow 14 full calendar days after the day of receipt. Payment must still be complete.

We check received bank transfers within 24 hours after funds arrive. Bank transit time is separate. Once payment is recorded and the required delivery and confirmation steps are complete, an eligible download is available in your account. The ZIP is for the purchased Odoo major version; other major versions require their own purchase. Contact support@corvusnexus.com if your download is unavailable.
