What does your Odoo need?

Choose the requirements you want us to review. Your selections travel with your enquiry; they do not reserve capacity or start a paid service.

Team size describes your requirements, not a guaranteed hosting capacity. Existing versions, migrations, Enterprise rights and environment availability are reviewed before an offer.

Practical care. Clear responsibilities.

Choose the coverage your system needs and see what is included.

Hosting & everyday care

An agreed environment, monitoring, logs, certificates and scheduled-work scope for your Odoo system.

Know your Odoo apps

Review installed modules, dependencies, licence rights and the maintenance work in your setup.

Review changes before go-live

Understand the proposed work, affected workflows, relevant checks and required approval.

Recovery with a clear scope

Separate backup records from evidence of an agreed, completed restore exercise.

Controlled access & handover

Agree who can access your system, which responsibilities remain yours and what an export includes.

Build the feature you need

Request a custom Odoo module or integration with reviewed requirements and an agreed delivery path.

A clear route from proposal to live.

A change should make the work, evidence and next decision clear.

01

Define

Identify the target system, module and business workflow.

02

Prepare

Prepare the change and run the agreed checks.

03

Review

Review results, limitations and outstanding issues.

04

Approve

Authorised people approve the live action and retain the record.

Choose the right responsibility model.

Migration, development, Enterprise licences, provider costs and recovery exercises are explicitly included or separately scoped.

Corvus-managed environment

Define the hosting topology, operations, access and support coverage in the offer.

Customer-owned environment

Define who controls the provider account, infrastructure access and ongoing provider charges.

Connected observation

Visibility is a distinct scope. It does not itself grant permission or capability to deploy changes or restore a system.

Start with the system you actually run.

You may be moving an existing Odoo installation, introducing custom modules or looking for help operating a customer-owned environment. We start with your version, edition, business workflows and current responsibilities. The proposal should explain what Corvus manages, what remains with your team and which external licences or provider accounts are required.

Ask for evidence that matches the decision.

Useful evidence identifies the system, build, workflow and date checked. For a change, that may be a selected workflow result. For recovery, it may be an agreed restore exercise. Neither should be presented as a guarantee covering every business process.

Useful questions, answered.

Start by sharing its version, edition, hosting arrangement and custom-module inventory. The scope depends on access, source rights and the condition of the system.

That depends on the edition and modules selected. Licence ownership and costs must be confirmed separately; hosting does not grant Enterprise rights.

Agree the export contents, access, retention and handover responsibilities before starting. An export does not itself cancel provider charges or every connected service.
