The problem this app solves

Stock can stay reserved while dispatch, payment or paperwork decisions remain unresolved. Other orders then appear short even though the warehouse holds the units, and releasing a reservation manually may leave no clear reason or deadline history.

Define reservation timing policies, review eligible moves and warn owners before expiry. Managers can hold or extend with a reason, while an enabled automatic release uses native unreserve for eligible quantities and preserves the original demand.

Features that support your daily work

• Policy timing. Choose first assignment, transfer confirmation, sale confirmation, or scheduled date. Set lifetime, warning lead, and cooling hours in a reviewed policy revision.
• Deterministic scope. Match company, operation type, warehouse, routes, customer/tags, product/category, source text, payment term, priority, and active dates with predictable precedence.
• Preview before activation. Test the current revision to see matching open moves, reserved quantity/value, status, and exemption reasons before enabling it.
• Warn and decide. Create owner activities or internal notices. Inventory Managers can place a justified hold, extend a deadline, or release a reservation now.
• Safe native release. Auto Release rechecks access, state, quantity, exemptions, fingerprints, and row locks, then calls native unreserve for eligible moves only.
• Audit every outcome. Retain immutable warning, hold, release, skip, error, and manual-override snapshots. Review history as a list, pivot, graph, PDF, CSV, or XLSX.

A prepared delivery reaches its warning deadline while dispatch is still pending. The owner sees the warning. A manager can record a justified extension; otherwise an eligible auto-release policy can unreserve the quantity without cancelling the delivery demand.
