The problem this app solves

Wholesale orders may need a minimum order quantity (MOQ), full cases or exact quantity multiples. A quantity that does not fit those rules creates a correction conversation between sales and fulfillment, especially when different units are involved.

Show the applicable quantity requirement and valid corrections on the quotation. Customers, products and sales contexts can follow different policies, while unresolved controlled lines require correction or a permitted manager override before confirmation.

A product is sold in cases of twelve and a salesperson requests fourteen units. The rule explains the mismatch and proposes valid quantities. The user explicitly corrects the line or obtains a permitted exception before confirming the order.

Test a quantity rule before using it on orders

Quantity Rule Managers configure Sales Quantity Rules and use the Quantity Rule Simulator to test a product, customer, pricelist, channel, unit and requested quantity. Choose Warning, Hard Block or Offer Round Up; a proposed correction remains an explicit user choice.

Quantity Rule Exceptions reporting shows corrections and overrides with the requested and resulting quantities, actor and reason. Managers can filter the list, pivot or graph and export visible rows through native Odoo export. This module does not add a PDF report.
