• Preview and map. Filter an outgoing salesperson's accessible CRM portfolio by native CRM criteria. See count and expected revenue, then map to one recipient, equal rotation or transparent revenue-balanced distribution.
• Require acceptance. Recipients use a dedicated inbox to accept, request clarification or reject with a reason. Manager-required handovers cannot be self-accepted.
• Transfer with continuity. Permanent handovers update native CRM ownership and optionally open activities and followers while preserving a source snapshot and per-line result.
